The materials and finishes used inside the spaces will maintain the same value for money and will be noticed from the entrance in each apartment: metallic door and interior doors by PINUM, 10 mm thickness ceramic tiles in bathrooms and kitchen floors from DECOVITA, laminated parquet flooring and bathrooms fully equipped with high quality products. We install a central heating system by SAUNIER DUVAL with condensing operation in each home and meters for gas and water consumption. We want you to feel safe and comfortable at home; that’s why we will focus on facilities like surveillance cameras at each entrance of the building and on the video intercom system at the main entrance of each building.
